Secretariat/registration
The Secretariat is located in the entrance to the Linné Hall (building 1B on the map).

Computers and internet
A computer room is available in the Annedal Seminar (building 1A on the map). Room 308 on the third floor. Free access to the internet during the conference.
Meeting rooms
On the third and fourth floor in the Annedal Seminar there are a number of meeting rooms available to conference participants who wish to sit down and talk or have informal meetings.
Publishing houses
A number of publishing houses will display books and catalogues in the Annedal seminar, second floor.
Prayer room
Room 102 in the Annedal Seminar is open for prayer during the conference.
Lunches, coffee breaks and social gatherings
- Lunches and coffee will be served outside building1B. The meals are free from pork and there will be a vegetarian choice (only pre booked).
- NIAS book launch with drinks will take place in the Annedal Seminar, fifth floor.
- ASEASUK research mingle will take place in the Annedal Seminar, fifth floor.
Restaurants
Linnégatan, located just two minutes walk from the conference venue, have restaurants and bars ranging from low cost to expensive.
