Within the Erasmus exchange program following courses are held by the School of Global Studies:
 

Global Studies:

This course will give you an introduction to a conceptual and empirical inquiry on globalization from an interdisciplinary perspective including human ecology, peace and development studies, regional studies and social anthropology.

International Conflict Resolution:

Conflict Resolution is an inter-disciplinary subject. The course gives you a basic orientation in conflict resolution, mediation and peace building. The aim is to grant you a basic knowledge about international conflicts, how international conflicts have been resolved and what current research is saying about these issues.

International Conflict Resolution is an interdisciplinary subject whose central questions touch upon humanistic, social scientific, historical as well as contemporary problems. The course objectives are to give basic orientation in methods and practises that are used in the field of conflict resolution and peace building.

Museion:

More than half of the world's population now lives in cities. What are the characteristics of the modern city and are there alternative forms of urban development? In what ways do cities play the role of nodes of transnational networks? What are the prospects for the ecologically and socially sustainable city?

The dominant take on sexuality in Sweden is often represented as radical, progressive and focused on sexual liberty and equality between the sexes. However, when taking a closer look at some of the specific periods of time associated with liberal debates on is-sues such as sexual education, women’s liberation and contraceptives, a more complex pattern emerge.
