Project assistant at University of Gothenburg since 2004.
Areas of interest include conceptual, communicative and cognitive aspects of risk, as well as more general questions about concepts, communication and cognition. The concept “risk” and risk communication are studied through approaches of content analysis and corpus linguistics.
Analyses of media representations of nanotechnology and risk within the project NanoSphere (2010-2014) which is funded by the The Swedish Research Council for Environment, Agricultural Sciences and Spatial Planning (Formas). The project aims to reduce the gap between innovation and risk assessment in nanotechnology. The project is conducted interdisciplinary with Chalmers University of Technology and brings together researchers from three faculties at the University of Gothenburg: natural science, medicine and social sciences.
